Storage and expiration

Proper storage ensures your whitening strips remain effective throughout their shelf life.

• Store in a cool, dry place (room temperature is ideal)
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources
• Do not refrigerate unless specified on packaging
• Keep strips in their sealed pouches until ready to use
• Store away from humid areas like bathrooms

Unopened whitening strips typically have a shelf life of 12-18 months from the manufacturing date. Check the expiration date printed on the packaging before use.

• Gel appears dried out or discolored
• Strips don't adhere properly to teeth
• Unusual smell or taste
• Package is damaged or unsealed

If you notice any of these signs, do not use the strips. Contact customer support for a replacement if the strips are within their expiration date.
