  • Check if your order shipped recently
  • Contact the carrier directly for detailed information
  • Contact our support team if tracking hasn't updated after 3-5 days

7. Delivery Issues

Lost Packages:

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Look around your delivery location (porches, garages, back doors)
  • Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation
  • Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
  • Contact us if you still can't locate your package after 24 hours

We will file a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos of the damaged package and contents
  • Do not discard the packaging
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide your order number and photos

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Address:

  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address
  • We cannot reroute packages once shipped
  • Address changes must be requested before shipment
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs

9. Shipping Address Requirements

Address Changes:

Backorders:

  • If an item is on backorder, we will notify you
  • You can choose to wait for the item or cancel that portion of your order
  • Available items will ship immediately
  • Backordered items ship when available at no additional cost

Partial Shipments:

  • We may ship available items first to get them to you faster
  • Remaining items follow when available
  • No additional shipping charges for partial shipments

11. Signature Requirements

When Signature Required:

  • High-value orders (over specified amount)
  • Express shipping (at carrier's discretion)
  • Previous delivery issues at address
  • Customer request

If You're Not Home:

  • Carrier will leave a notice
  • Package will be redelivered or held for pickup
  • May be left with a neighbor (carrier's discretion)
  • Check carrier's website for redelivery options

Refusing Signature:

Some carriers allow you to authorize delivery without signature through their website or app.
