Change shipping address

Need to change your shipping address? Here's what to do.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately with your order number and the correct address. We'll update it before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address. You may be able to:

• Contact the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) to request a redirect
• Set up a hold at your local carrier facility
• Wait for the package to be returned to us, then we'll reship

Carrier redirect fees may apply and are the customer's responsibility.
